cushions... :)

here are a few pics from my cushion making project :) I was so inspired after visiting the amazing blog of Joetta Maue last night that i picked up a needle and thread for the first time :) I'm doing one 'D' cushion for the hubby and one 'K' for me using some really gorg linen, then decided to embellish another fabric that i picked up at Ikea, added a splash of colour :) I'm a bit proud of this little start and going to look up an embroidery course to get some skills :) it really makes my mind race!!
